1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns apply only if Core Line Logistic has arranged the delivery of goods on behalf of a client and there is a service-related error (e.g., incorrect shipment, damaged goods during transit, or failure to deliver).
Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Services
Perishable, hazardous, or restricted items cannot be returned.
Logistics service fees, customs duties, or taxes already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3. Return Process

We will review your claim and request supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage, delivery proof).
If approved, we will arrange for the return shipment or alternative resolution.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the shipment is affected.
5. Exceptions-
Core Line Logistic is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs clearance issues.
